Thank you for using Absolute Poll (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Yaskur.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

You should periodically review these Terms of Service and the Site for any modifications. Absolute Poll reserves the right to modify the Site and/or the Terms of Service without prior notice to you. If Absolute Poll makes significant changes to the Terms of Service, we will post the revised Terms of Service and effective date on this Site. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the modified Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Service, you must discontinue using the Service.
1. Description of the Absolute Poll Service
Our Absolute Poll Service is a productivity software that enables you to create polls, surveys, gather feedback, and make quick decisions within Google Chat. All members of your workspace can interact with the polls and surveys you create, allowing for a more collaborative and efficient decision-making process.
Absolute Poll may, at its discretion, update or enhance existing features and services, or offer new features and services in the future, including the release of new tools. Any new or updated features and services will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Our service is not affiliated with Google Chat
Our service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google Chat or its parent company, Google LLC. We are an independent provider of productivity software that integrates with Google Chat to enhance your messaging experience.
3. Account and Personal Data
You do not need to create an account to use our service because it is integrated with Google account. This means that you can access our service using your Google credentials without the need to create a separate account. Additionally, we do not collect any of your personal data when you use our service. We value your privacy and strive to ensure that your data is protected.
You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your Google Workspace Account when using our service and any other actions taken in connection with it, whether by yourself or by other users. It is your responsibility to immediately notify Absolute Poll of any unauthorized access to your Google Workspace Account or any other security breaches. Absolute Poll will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm of any kind arising from any actions or omissions on your part, including any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Service Limitation
Due to the data storage limit in chat messages, there is a maximum amount of data that can be stored in a poll. Once the poll reaches a certain votes, it may become unusable. Currently, we are unsure of the exact limit, as it is regulated by Google Chat. However, we are continuously working to improve this limit. In the future, we may also implement a feature to save poll data outside of chat messages to allow for unlimited votes and users.
5. Service Price/Fee
Our service is currently provided free of charge, but we would be grateful to have the support of a sponsor to cover the costs of our servers and provide an extra motivation for the developer(yaskur.com) If you or your company are interested in sponsoring our service, please contact us at support@yaskur.com or directly transfer to https://paypal.me/Yaskur. Don't forget to send note/confirmation, so we can add your backlink to our website.
6. Service Acceptable Usage
- You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not use the Service to violate Islamic law or to incite hatred towards Islam and its teachings.
- You may not use the Service in any way that violates any applicable Indonesian or international law or regulation.
- You may not use the Service to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- You may not use the Service to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Service.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or update the Agreement at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to the Agreement by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of our Services following any changes to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates or modifications.
